Ive only got three weeks to lose four lbs, which is plenty of time but if I keep playing these stupid games it wont be. I will lose and be fat forever.
I am starting a new program It is called the Fasting Souls from University of EDNOS. Unlimited fruits and veggie but only 600 calories a week for non veggie/fruits. 30 mins excercise a day except for if I am fasting which I have to do atleast once a week.
I am also starting back on my adderol which should def help. Lets get this ball on the roll.
