My Birthday is in.....

     11 days and a few hours. For my birthday I want to be 10lbs thinner. So that is my new goal, to lose ten pounds by my birthday on February 12th. Anyone care to join me?

     I have recently been accepted into a group call Team Long Haul on my favorite website, Prettythin.com. It is an amazing place for people lost like me to find themselves and there true mates who can help them through the good the bad and the ugly. If you are disordered and feel you need communication of that sort you should really check it out. No negativity though, that would just be ridiculous.

     So I am down 40lbs and cant wait to get down another 40. I am becoming agitated and I am used to it but I cant sleep and  I can not seem to get relaxed. Speaking of I need to take a shower so I am going to wrap this up.

     I also recently joined a website Myfitnesspal.com I have never used it and I am hoping it helps me out. Besides the rain, which I love, today went swell, the only bummer was that I didn't get to go for a forty min walk which means I didn't meet my deficit. :(

     When I get out of the shower I will add my progress blog and try and figure more out about this blogger.

    Lil suggestion try circuits. Little no Cardio but it build explosive tissue and other types and in one hour its a good 500 cals in 40 mins almost 350 i think cause 30 is 250.
    Remember keep up the workin.
